Dell support asked for many tests, all of them passed. Dell app supportassist cannot run hardware tests anymore (recognized by Dell support - they asked me to wait for a new version!).
Anyway, full pre-boot hardware tests were ok, no any hardware failure detected.

but if i leave it alone for a bit, itll randomly tries to turn back on by itself again, 3 out of 4 times itll keep looping on/off
