Dell Vostro 3520 keeps freezing and crashing - posted in Windows Crashes and Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Help and Support: Hi, I have a Dell Vostro 3520 that keeps freezing and crashing. Dell support asked for many tests, all of them passed. Dell app supportassist cannot run hardware tests anymore (recognized by Dell support - they asked me to wait for a new version!).
Anyway, full pre-boot hardware tests were ok, no any hardware failure detected.

No longer will users have to set the BIOS to the recommended Intel Default Settings as this will become the new standard BIOS, and any users wishing to enhance the performance will then have to do this manually.

PC randomly shuts down with the "shutting down msg" - posted in Internal Hardware: PC randomly shuts down with the shutting down msg, then automatically reboots but then turns off about 2 seconds into the power on part. this would sometimes loop for 3-4 times then stays off.
but if i leave it alone for a bit, itll randomly tries to turn back on by itself again, 3 out of 4 times itll keep looping on/off
the 1 other time itll stay on like normal. Then does it after i use it anywhere...
